Didn’t even get my food & when i called the shop, the lady on the phone was being rude and told me to call after 8pm bare in mind i placed my order at quarter past 6. she refused to give me a refund & said she marked my order as out for delivery by accident over 30 mins before i even called the store. she said the food hasn’t even been made yet. how ridiculous, placed my order over an hour ago & it’s not even been made, didn’t realise paninis took so long to cook
